Benefit has been known as being the authority on brows since its founding and in 2016, they took that focus a step further by launching the Benefit Brow Collection - a comprehensive line of products.
Knowing that the launch of 10 products with a wide shade range may be intimidating to their customers, Benefit teamed up with Parade to design a digital experience which would aid in women finding their perfect products.
As the art director to this project, I worked closely with the team to establish personas, map the customer journeys, develop concepts, test, and ultimately design the end experiences.

A user would answer three questions regarding the color of their hair and the styles they are looking to achieve and then be provided with personalized recommendations with a path to purchase.
Visitors who engage with the brow experience spend 84% more time on site than users who do not.
