Working with Huge, Benefit implemented a new digital platform to showcase its brand and drive sales from any device around the globe while still highlighting the quirky product line and “girls locker room” feelings found in our over 3,000 worldwide beauty counters. 

I entered the project post-agency selection but dove in to help Benefit understand the implications of transitioning to a new CMS and training them to fully understand what a responsive site truly was. 

Working extremely closely through the discovery phase with Huge we were able to map out a cohesive user story, reorganize content and create an interesting digital space. With a cleaner layout, more user-centered navigation, and beautiful and robust product pages we provided an experience that made it easy to research products, learn how to use them, and finally purchase them. 

Currently, we have launched in over 24 countries supporting 20 languages with 18 more to go. I am responsible for driving new initiatives, upgrades, and enhancements, and ensuring consistency throughout the e-commerce and brand-only channels.
